The BondandBowery.com web site (the "Site") is a service of C/34 Corporation d/b/a Bond & Bowery ("Bond & Bowery", "us" or "we"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect from users of the Site about such users, and does not apply to any other web site or business activity of Bond & Bowery.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that Bond & Bowery collects and how we use it. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us.
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. When we do, we will give you notice of the revised Privacy Policy by posting the revised Privacy Policy on this web site and by revising the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect
We collect "personally identifiable information."

Privacy of Children
The Site is a general audience web site. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from users of this Site who are under the age of thirteen.
If we become aware that a user of our web site is under the age of 13 and has registered to use our Site, we will remove that child’s personal information from our files.
